If team size is proportional to catalog size, then it makes sense that Nitro was handing out coffee table books. But when your inventory consists of boots, bindings, and, of course, snowboards—with countless sizes, shapes, colorways, and price points within each respective piece of gear—then being thorough’s obviously going to come with a high page count. We’re not complaining, though; it’s simply more content for snowboard nerds like ourselves to ogle over.

Take, for instance, the iconic and versatile T1, with graphics from the concrete cowboy himself, Sam Taxwood. In an age where companies seem to be racing for the newest tech, there’s something refreshing about a good old-fashioned park board, which is exactly what the T1 is. And maybe that nostalgia is brought on by the roughneck drinking in a saloon graphic, or it could be because this board works just as well on a groomer as it does on the gnarliest handrail, but the T1’s timeless usability is something we’re sure to be keeping an eye on this year.

And for the women, check out the ZAZA, Nitro’s newest team board inspired by their latest team rider, Iris Pham. Like Iris, the ZAZA is both playful and—surprisingly—able to handle itself through whatever terrain it encounters, whether that be street, backcountry, or, in Iris’ case, a few too many at the afterparty. Alright, fine, we’re kidding, but the versatility on this board is no joke. Team boards exist for a reason; the team trusts them. And if the pros trust them, you can too.
