On Friday August 19th 2022, Rob Roethler battled Adam Hornberg in the head to head elimination of the first round of the 2022 Game Of Big SNOW presented by Dakine at Big Snow American Dream in East Rutherford, NJ. Adam Hornberg found himself in the field after winning the Burton Wildcard Qualifier on Thursday and he was ready to prove his place. The last battle of the Round Of 16 proved to be a buzzer beater as both riders found themselves with three letters each. The penultimate trick which would end Adam's cinderella story was Roethler's switch backside 270 pull back. Rob Roethler advances to face Jed Anderson in the quarterfinals of the 2022 Game Of Big SNOW presented by Dakine.
