Snowdays Foundation was created by the snowboard community to share the thing that brings us together. A 501-C3 founded in 2004 by Travis Parker, they partner with mentoring agencies to empower youth through snowboarding.
In Portland, K2uesdays represent the excitement of a new season, and this year’s closing show provided the perfect night to announce Snowdays’ expansion to Bend/Central Oregon - in a sold out theatre celebrating the connection of the Oregon snowboarding community. Starting in January they will offer programming Wednesdays at Hoodoo Ski Area in Sisters.
Jake Price premiered "Taste’s Like Fun" — a snowboard history lesson highlighting the rarities of our culture hidden to the tech savvy. “The most common quote I heard from most people after the show was ‘How in the hell did you find that?’ I literally went through 130+ VHS & DVD’s from my collection to select all of the LOL moments that were sketched into my mind forever. The result is a mash up guaranteed to bring back memories of why we all love snowboarding so much.”

The K2uesday lineup kicked off with a showing of Riders on the Storm and Absinthe Pop! selected by John Logic of Snowboard Connection.
Week 2 was a Robot Food reunion featuring LAME hosted by Trevor Graves of Nemo Design. Travis Parker (Snowdays founder) was joined for a Q&A with Bobby Meeks, Wille Yli-Luoma, editor Jess Gibson and Chris Engelsman (via zoom). Week 3 Jon Stark of Torment Mag featured "Chroma" by Severin Van Der Meer and Alexander Tank.
